The Slice Insert of the Börner Vital kitchen slicer enables you to cut slices in four different thicknesses. From wafer-thin slices for e.g. delicious tomato carpaccio to thick slices for delicious casseroles, the Vital Mandolin Starter Set lets you create all your recipes.
The special feature of the Vital Mandolin kitchen slice insert is the innovative dressing roll, which enables you to cut your vegetables and garnish them with dressing at the same time. How to prepare the finished salad in less time!
The Slice Insert also serves as a Safety Insert in the highest setting and protects your fingers and the blades when stowing the slicer.
With the blade inserts provided, you can cut thin strips of julienne as well as small cubes. Simply insert the 3.5mm insert and start cutting. On the other hand, you can cut delicious vegetable sticks with the 7mm blade insert with your kitchen slicer. Whether for the preparation of delicious vegetable stir-fries or as raw vegetables. With the Vital Mandolin you will find the optimal cut for all dishes.
