It is the ideal helper for your kitchen if you want to prepare fruit and vegetables quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, the professional set only takes up a small amount of space in your kitchen. The reason for this is the docking station, which not only offers space for the vegetable slicer, but also for a fruit holder, a slider box and two knife inserts. The slice insert allows you to cut thin as well as thick slices. We also recommend using the safety fruit holder to avoid possible injury.
With the 3.5 mm and 7 mm knife inserts you can cut coarse as well as fine vegetable sticks or strips. By cutting the fruit beforehand, it is possible to cut cubes.
The safety insert provides you with an additional medium slice thickness on the one hand and ideal protection from the sharp blades on the other. The vegetable cutter can be safely stowed away and your fingers are protected from the sharp blades.
