This set contains everything you need to cut slices into thick or thin slices safely and quickly. The V3 planer, a disc insert that you can use in two different strengths, a safety insert that serves as blade protection and as a middle cutting insert, and a safety fruit holder that you can use to protect your hands while planing.
The original Borner drip tray as an accessory has been specially designed for the V3 TrendLine V-slicer and guarantees a perfect, secure fit of the V-slicer when working in the kitchen. The clippings are immediately caught by the bowl. In addition, salads can be arranged quickly and easily directly in the bowl. The material is oil and vinegar resistant and easy to clean. After use, the products can simply be washed off under running water.
