Thanks to the micro-fine ground stainless-steel blades, the mandoline manages to process even the hardest fruit and vegetables. Whether slices, cubes or strips, the versatility and perfect cutting results will amaze you!
The Mandolin not only makes preparation super easy, but also saves you a lot of time and effort when cooking. With the slice insert, you can cut slices in 4 different thicknesses. Whether for cucumber salad, carpaccio or lemon slices, the right thickness can be set precisely.
By simply pressing the button on the side of the slicer, you can change the inserts. The 3.5mm and 7mm blade inserts allow you to cut fine cubes and strips in different thicknesses. This cutting setting is perfect for dicing onions or preparing vegetable pans and raw vegetable salads.
The V5 PowerLine is the only slicer that can slice cubes without first cutting into the vegetables!
For practical storage and safe stowage, the Insert Box is included. There is space here to safely store both Blade Inserts. This protects you from injury. If you attach the box to the slicer, it also functions as a stand. Please always use the included Food Holder to protect your fingers from the sharp Borner blades!
