Colorful autumn bowl with pumpkin

Of course you can vary all the ingredients as you like. We paired the squash with healthy spinach, high-protein chickpeas, and delicious red cabbage. Be inspired by our recipe!
Ingredients:
200 grams of pumpkin
100 g red cabbage
100g spinach
100 grams of chickpeas
feta
Dressing of your choice
Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into thin wedges with the V5 vegetable slicer and then drizzle with a little oil for 10-15 minutes in the oven.
Then drain and rinse the chickpeas. Heat a pan with some oil and roast the chickpeas until golden brown.
Now cut the red cabbage in the thinnest stage and set aside.
Clean the spinach and place in the bowl. Distribute the chickpeas and the red cabbage on top. Then add the baked pumpkin wedges and garnish with feta. Refine with a dressing of your choice and enjoy!
