Zucchini rolls with cheese

Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
200 grams of vegan cheese
3 cloves of garlic
Parsely
1 can peeled tomatoes
200 ml tomato sauce
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
Preparation:
Wash zucchini and slice thinly lengthways using the V5 Poweline . Mix in cheese, crushed garlic and chopped parsley. Spread the cheese down the length of the sliced zucchini, then wrap to form a roll. Repeat the process until all the material is used up.
Fry the peeled tomatoes and the tomato sauce in a pan. Add salt and sugar and mix until the peeled tomatoes are soft and mushy. Then spread the sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish and spread the rolls on top. Add a little sauce to each and place in the oven at 180° for half an hour so that everything bakes through nicely.
